Returns
- You can return unworn, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original packaging and include any tags or certificates.
- Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for return
We’ll send you instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, text us within [48–72 hours] of delivery. We’ll make it right — at no cost to you.
